Our partial planning service is designed for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves.
We jump in a few weeks before your big day to streamline all the details.
On your wedding day, we will be the primary contact, to be on charge to ensure that all vendors and details will be on time and place allowing you to enjoy the festivities.

- One in-person planning meeting
- One venue walk-through
- Unlimited phone and email consultation three weeks before your event 24 hours of in-person coordinating and planning meetings
- Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (if allowed)
- Plan and direct ceremony and grand entrance processions
- Attend and coordinate wedding from start to finish
- Oversee venue and décor set-up
- Develop, distribute and direct wedding day timeline
- Create and distribute contact list to vendors and others, as needed
- Confirm final details with all vendors 1-2 weeks before
- Ensure toasting glasses, guest book and other essentials are in place
- Place name cards, table numbers, menus and other essentials
- Line up and cue bridal party for ceremony and grand entrance
- Help distribute bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, if needed
- Coordinate toasts, special dances and announcements
- Keep event on schedule and running smoothly
- Pack gifts and other personal items at conclusion of event
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

All event design & planning packages include 1 lead planner and 1 assistant.
Additional assistant(s) may be needed for 100+ guest events at an additional cost.
Travel fee applies to locations.
