We typically start working with you 12 months or more before your wedding date.

This package includes our full design service as well as our full planning service coordination of the wedding day.

• Design the wedding you have always envisioned. We listen to your dreams of the perfect day, then present you with a palette of ideas and recommendations, as well as introduce professional wedding vendors who meet your needs to create a cohesive look and plan for the entire affair.
• Budget development and analysis. We’ll create budget priorities with you, establish spending parameters, maintain a detailed budget, assist in contract negotiations with wedding vendors, documentation control and follow up.
• Arrange and attend site tours
• Locate and secure the services of wedding professionals
• Unlimited vendors
• Arrange and attend vendor’s meetings (photographer, video, Music, judge, make up, transportation, liquor, catering, etc….)
• Contract and price negotiation
• Coordinate religious ceremony rites civil, symbolic, Mayan.
• Handle accommodations, private tours & transportation for the guests.
• Negotiate group blocks for guests.
• Prepare detailed wedding day schedules
• Locate site for rehearsal (if you need it)
• Coordinate rehearsal ceremony (if apply- upon availability of the wedding location)
• 40 hours of in-person coordinating and planning meetings

All event design & planning packages include 1 lead planner and 1 assistant.

Additional assistant(s) may be needed for 100+ guest events at an additional cost.
